DISCOVERY Children’s Museum Welcomes New Members to Board of Trustees

LAS VEGAS (October 17, 2022)– DISCOVERY Children’s Museum welcomes two additions to its Board of Trustees. New members include Amy Timperley, Vice President/Regulation at Southwest Gas, and Jason Gregorec, Senior Vice President and General Manager at Caesars Entertainment.

Amy Timperley grew up in Las Vegas in 2000, she began her career with Southwest Gas Corporation as a Coordinator in the Billing and Control department and worked her way up through the years to her current title of Vice President/Regulation at Southwest Gas. Timperley provides strategic leadership, guidance, and direction in aligning Southwest Gas Company’s regulatory compliance and ensuring the company has positive relationships with all regulatory stakeholders.

Jason Gregorec is a gaming industry veteran with 25 years of experience and a strong record of managing day-to-day operations, elevating guest experiences, driving financial performance, building culture through training and development, managing property renovations, and refining direct marketing strategies. Currently, Senior Vice President and General Manager at Caesars Entertainment, Mr. Gregorec worked as Chief Executive Officer/General Manager of Greektown Casino/Hotel; he served in executive capacities for several of the country’s leading gaming companies, including Tropicana Entertainment, Station Casinos, and Majestic Star.

The new members of DISCOVERY Children Museum’s Board of Trustees will join a group of highly respected community members. Officers on the board include Chairperson Boyd Nelson (Clearway Community Energy), Vice-Chairperson Rebecca Miltenberger (Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck), Treasurer Justin Hartmann (Northern Trust) and Secretary Kevin Holyfield (MGM Resorts International). Members-at-large include Shameeda Abdul Mumin (Scholastics), Jennifer Curland (Community Leader), Kami Dempsey-Goudie (Accretive Consulting), Jhone Ebert (Nevada Department of Education), Allon Englman (Aristocrat Gaming), Megan Farnsworth (Wells Fargo), David Gravatt (Epic Creative Solutions), Melissa D. Kaiser (Ex Officio), Todd Lefkowitz (P3 Health Partners), Ashley Levin (Community Leader), Stacie Truesdell Michaels (Fountainbleau Las Vegas), Troy Moser (Moser Architecture Studio), Ronn Nicolli Jr. (Resorts World), Joyce Schneider (Community Leader), and Suken Shah (Envision Marketing). Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck provides General Counsel for DISCOVERY Children’s Museum.
