As outlined in this RFP, the Las Vegas-Clark County Library District (“Owner” or “District”) hereby invites interested qualified Signage Vendors (“Applicants”), to submit written Proposals to furnish all labor, equipment and materials for the fabrication and installation of new branding implementation signage at various branch locations throughout the District.

RFP DOCUMENTS will be available beginning Monday, November 21, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. as follows:

Internet: Visit the Nevada Government eMarketplace (NGEM) website at www.ngemnv.com – BID No. 23-07 in the list of current solicitations.

Email: Request documents by sending an email to PURCHASING@LVCCLD.ORG. Provide RFP number, company name, address, contact person, email address, and phone number.

The Las Vegas-Clark County Library District uses an online bidding system and encourages its use to both download bid documents and submit bids electronically. Visit the Nevada Government eMarketplace(NGEM) at www.ngemnv.com to view and download the bid documents.

A Pre-Proposal Conference will be conducted on Tuesday, November 29, 2022, at 10:30 a.m. at the Windmill Library and Service Center, Auditorium, 7060 West Windmill Lane, Las Vegas NV 89113. The purpose of this conference is to discuss the terms, conditions and requirements contained in this Request for Proposals (RFP).

RESPONSES: Responses will be accepted via the NGEM system on or before 2:00 P.M. (PST) on Wednesday, December 14, 2022. Responses submitted after 2:00 PM will not be accepted. Proposals are not publicly opened, in accordance with NRS 332.061(2). Submittal by fax or email is not acceptable

QUESTIONS: All questions regarding this Solicitation must be via NGEM.
