Michelle Chen discovered her passion for accounting while pursuing her Bachelors and Masters degrees at University of Southern California in Los Angeles. She graduated with honor in the top five percentage of her graduate class.

Michelle obtained extensive tax, accounting and auditing experience in prestigious public accounting firms such as Plante & Moran, Pricewaterhouse Coopers. With her enthusiasm for the accounting profession, she established Chen Accounting Group, Ltd, a Las Vegas, NV CPA firm. Throughout her career as a practicing certified public accountant, Michelle has led various teams in providing SEC reporting, SOX compliance, external audits, business consulting and evaluation, tax compliance, internal audits, and financial accounting services for mature, sophisticated clients such as Ford Motor Company and Las Vegas Sands, as well as small to mid-size businesses in various industries including manufacturing, professionals, retail stores, entertainment, bars and restaurants, casinos, real estate, construction, homeowners association and non-profits.

Her dedication and years of experience in providing excellent client service and the best value contributes to her integrity, passion for accounting and exceptional ability to analyze, research, solve and explain complex tax, accounting and business problems for various entities including corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies.

Michelle is active in a variety of civic and cultural organizations. She currently serves on the board of Las Vegas Asian Chamber of Commerce. She actively organized and participated in the fundraising for Asian Chamber of Commerce Foundation that provides funding for scholarships for outstanding Asian students and other charitable events.
