On Friday, July 5, 2024, at 5:01 p.m., Las Vegas Fire & Rescue (LVFR) received reports of a structure fire at a mobile home at 3700 Stewart Ave.
Upon arrival, LVFR crews assessed the situation and quickly extracted a victim from the structure. The victim, an approximately 60-year-old female, was transported to University Medical Center in critical condition. The victim passed away on Sunday, July 7.
The fire remains under investigation by Las Vegas Fire & Rescue.
Saturday’s fire was contained and extinguished by crews from LVFR, Clark County Fire Department and North Las Vegas Fire Department. Fifteen units responded to this incident: EMS1, AR1, B3, R108, E201, E4, B1, R8, E61, E108, T8, E8, R8, E51, and R51.
