The Clark County Department of Aviation (CCDOA) is seeking a supplier to provide Full Service Chiller Maintenance at various locations
Please note that this is a sealed bid process. All questions and/or responses to this invitation to bid must be processed through the NGEM website. Inquiries, documents or other information submitted outside of NGEM (i.e. email, fax, hard-copy, etc.) will not be reviewed or considered.
REGISTRATION FOR THE NGEM SYSTEM

Potential Bidders MUST be registered register as a “Supplier”. This may be accomplished by clicking on the Supplier Registration link and completing the registration form. There is no cost to register or to use the NGEM System.

Scope of Work
Ann Road Improvements project limits are from the CC-215 Beltway to Durango Drive. The improvements include two travel lanes in each direction, decorative median islands with left-turn bay, buffered bike lane on both directions, ADA compliant driveways and sidewalks, curb and gutter, a traffic signal at the intersection of Fort Apache Rd and Ann Rd., traffic signal underground at Grand Canyon intersection and at El Capitan Way intersection, street lighting, signing and striping, ITS underground system, 10-year storm drain facility, utility adjustments and relocations; and other appurtenances as may be necessary to construct a complete and functional roadway.
In addition to roadway improvements, the Project also includes the installation of a new sanitary sewer system throughout the entire length of the Ann Road project limits. It is the top priority that the Contractor is required to construct the sewer system as soon as possible. The Contractor is expected that the sewer system will be completed and functional within the first six months of beginning construction.
ESTIMATED COST: $17,378,976 – $19,208,342.
In response to the recent State of Emergency declared by Clark County and current restrictions on accessing Clark County buildings, no pre-bid conference will be held.
